# Set up "Vertical Reel Factory Kit"

A kit from nice to have (https://nicetohave.app). Code: QFEC4S8X
What it does: Turn raw footage into many vertical product shorts, each from a different angle

These instructions are for an AI. Work through them in order.

## 1. Get the kit onto this machine

- Download the zip below and unpack it into a **new, empty folder**.

      https://nicetohave.app/api/zip?code=QFEC4S8X-(ticket)

For example: `curl -L -o kit.zip "https://nicetohave.app/api/zip?code=QFEC4S8X-(ticket)"`, then unpack it into that folder.
Only files come down; there is no script that gets executed.
- If it answers "login-required", pass its message to the user as is and stop.

### If the zip will not download

If a connection error or a block stops the download, the cause is that **this AI is not allowed to reach the internet**. It is not a problem with the kit or with the user. Tell the user the following as is, and stop.

> With its current settings this AI cannot connect to `nicetohave.app`. Do the one that applies, then paste the same line again.
> - **Claude running in the cloud**: environment settings → set "Network access" to "Custom" and add `nicetohave.app` to the allowed domains (applies to new sessions)
> - **Codex running on your own computer**: allow network access when it asks. If it does not ask, set `network_access = true` under `[sandbox_workspace_write]` in Codex's `config.toml`
> - **Codex running in the cloud**: turn internet access on in the environment settings and allow `nicetohave.app`
> - **If you would rather not change settings**: download it yourself from "Download the kit as a zip" on https://nicetohave.app/en/k/reel-factory.html, then open the unpacked folder with your AI

## 2. Follow the instructions inside

Read `CLAUDE.md` in the unpacked folder and follow the steps written there.
For AIs that do not read `CLAUDE.md` (Codex and others), the same content is in `AGENTS.md`.
The files inside the kit are written in Japanese. Read them as they are and talk to the user in English.

## Things to watch

- This kit does not handle personal data.
- Never put keys (API keys, passwords) in code. Put them in `.env` and exclude that with `.gitignore`.
